It was the best of times. It was the worst of times... Christmas...
I'm sure there are plenty of you out there who can relate to that statement. Our christmas was no different. We had a great load of family commitments along with a commitment of our own to be trading over that period in the brewery. This was a mammoth task as we were not in anyway ready to trade so the build up to christmas was mad panic, running from place to place trying to grab those "bits" we needed to be up and going Boxing Day. All I can say is thank god our day jobs had us on leave!
Needless to say we got there! We've had a steady trade all Christmas and today marks the end of our experiment. It was definitely worth trading and we had fun doing it. It brought us to discuss trading hours in general and just when we were going to commit to set hours for our awesome and loyal clientele!
So after much deliberation we decided that time off is totally overrated and we have too much spare time already so we should just suck it up and commit to weekends. So from this day forward we will be here from 12 - 8pm every... yep every saturday and sunday. We'll also commit to public holidays so you can come on down and spend your money with us
So a big thankyou to all those who came down over the christmas break and hopefully we'll see you on a regular basis at the brewery from now on.
Noticed anything different recently? Yea, we didn’t think we’d fool you that easily! We’ve gone and gotten ourselves a new website.
What’s the difference? Well, it’s rather swanky for one! Everything is still pretty much the same behind the makeover, however, one major difference is that we now have a new online shop available for you to use, and it’s live right now!
WE GET ASKED, A LOT... WHAT'S WITH THE LOGO? WELL LET US EXPLAIN...
Anyone who has had a business knows that the logo is very important. In my opinion it needs to be simple, memorable and have some value beyond just being pretty
So back in October last year we told you about the plans we were laying out to move and expand our business into the Old Butter Factory building in Tumut. After trials and tribulations this move unfortunately fell through, and although we were disheartened at this set back we know that these things happen and we wouldn’t have gotten to where we are now without falling down and picking ourselves back up.
