Brew Day – Banjo Patterson Inn
From Tumut to Sydney to Jindabyne and the Banjo Patterson Inn!
Our entire trip to Sydney was awesome! We drank awesome beer, we meet awesome people and we learnt some awesome things! One of the best things was an invitation from Chuck and Michael to brew with them on Saturday at the Banjo Patterson Inn. Just to clarify this, it is the brewpub in Jindabyne that makes Kosciuszko Pale Ale!
Friday night was a sleepless night with anticipation and Saturday could not come soon enough. It appears that all the excitement was just too much for me apparently because I came down with a migraine in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
Needless to say Simon had a fantastic day and benefited immensely from the knowledge of these two master brewers and I have been left trying to extract that knowledge from him :-s
