Over here at TRBC we're popping corks out of bottles that we didn't fill because we're celebrating.
We got our FARKING licence!
Those of you who've visited us before will know that we're only allowed to serve tasters of our beer out of our bar here at the brewery, but this is about to change!
Noticed anything different recently? Yea, we didn’t think we’d fool you that easily! We’ve gone and gotten ourselves a new website.
What’s the difference? Well, it’s rather swanky for one! Everything is still pretty much the same behind the makeover, however, one major difference is that we now have a new online shop available for you to use, and it’s live right now!
WE GET ASKED, A LOT... WHAT'S WITH THE LOGO? WELL LET US EXPLAIN...
Anyone who has had a business knows that the logo is very important. In our opinion it needs to be simple, memorable and have some value beyond just being pretty
This is something we think you all need to hear. On June 19th the halls of our government echoed with a sentiment rarely heard in houses of government around the world today; agreement. Members of both major parties took it in turns to talk up support for the craft beer industry and the nationwide movement that is supporting these small scale brewers.
IBUs have been up and coming in the beer world for some time now, especially around craft beer. They are now typically found on menus alongside ABVs and many breweries -including ourselves- are putting them on their cans and bottles. But what do they mean?
So back in October last year we told you about the plans we were laying out to move and expand our business into the Old Butter Factory building in Tumut. After trials and tribulations this move unfortunately fell through, and although we were disheartened at this set back we know that these things happen and we wouldn’t have gotten to where we are now without falling down and picking ourselves back up.
Alright, now the fun part! Our gear is here and the slab is treated and ready to rock and roll. So it’s time to actually put the final pieces of the puzzle together. We needed a little help getting it up off the ground and positioning it because, who would have thought, brewing equipment is freaking heavy.
Footnote: We’re not here to express an opinion on the subject of same-sex marriage or on whether or not people should be boycotting Coopers. We’re here to give our two cents on how this whole and rather shameful farce has come about and, now that everything has died down, to take all of what we know and lay it out for people to read.
