It's not often these days that Tim and Simon get to sit down together for a beer, let alone a long lunch! Join the boys for a "meet the producers" type event which will also include our brewer Brad and hopefully Stu from Voyager Craft Malt (if he can get away from malting duties)! The guys will talk through the challenges of opening a microbrewery and provide a beer making 101 including a Q and A session and tour.
We will be putting together a menu that showcases a selection of our beers matched to some of our favourite pizzas and side dishes made using our beer as an ingredient. It will be a relaxed and interactive arvo session with food served in a share plate style. You can expect several beer matched courses as well as lots of laughs and an honest account of TRBC's history to date!
That evening we also have the awesome Richard Perso playing live at the brewery so you're more than welcome to spend your whole Saturday with us !

Round 1 - Potato and Rosemary + Snowy Mountains Trout matched with Hitchhikers Guide Pale Ale
Round 2 - Pepperoni + Kransky and Pineapple matched with The Pig Pale Ale
Round 3 - Unlucky Dip - Pretty simple; a bunch of meat balls presented in a bowl. One catch! Among them is a meatball with the Scorpion Strike on Steroids, Chilli from the Chilli Factory which once held the world record for the worlds hottest chilli with a heat rating fo 25 out of 10; it will make someone cry.. Beer match - Hopped As Bru (or milk if you’re the unlucky one)
