Undeath Lord Smoked Baltic Porter -a collaboration with Ale Browar in Poland. Michael flexed his Polish heritage and interpreted the recipe into English himself! A literal ton of the best Voyager Craft Malts we could get (ten different malts in total), brewed across two days with extended boils - enough to drive our brewers mad. Definitely one of our more elaborate brews and at 10.5% ABV definitely not for the faint hearted.  

It's a big, smooth and warming beer with a seriously complex profile of campfire smoke, caramel, chocolate, molasses, dark fruits and liquorice. Very restrained roast that comes across as dark chocolate with hints of coffee. All wrapped up with a crisp finish thanks to a long, cold lagering and lots of love whilst in tank.
